Refund & Replacement Policy

Every costume is handmade to order, which means we don't keep finished inventory on the shelf. Because of that, our policy is built around making sure you actually receive your costume — not around sending your money back and leaving you without one.

Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows your order as lost, stuck, or undelivered, contact us and we will ship out a replacement at no cost to you. You don't pay a second time, and you don't pay return shipping. We just make another one and send it.
